Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverdale Park, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission is inviting responses in the form of sealed bids from interested and qualified firms for the installation, repair and maintenance of asphalt and concrete surfaces including but not limited to parking lots, driveways, trails, athletic courts, sidewalks, curbs, and concrete slabs. Maintenance and associated services to include line striping, surface painting/lettering, seal coating and crack repairs. No, they are not required with the bid. Contractors shall submit with the bid a letter from their surety stating their individual and aggregate bonding capacity. Payment and performance bonds will be required from the awardee on individual tasks that exceed $100,000. A bid bond Is required at the time of bid. Question Submission Deadline:January 15, 2025, 5:00pm, All questions shall be submitted via email to Lisa Buckmaster at Lisa.Buckmaster@mncppc.org Question Response Deadline:January 17, 2025, 5:00pm Contractor Selection Date:March 14, 2025 The Base Term of the contract will be two (2) years, with the right to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
