Renovation of a fire / police facility in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The contractor shall furnish and install new flooring at the VFD in accordance with the specifications herein. The work includes applying the new flooring on top of the existing flooring, including any necessary preparation of the subfloor, and installation of 09x60 LVT flooring. Additionally, expansion strip materials will be installed where necessary, and 4 vinyl baseboards will be affixed to complete the finish. The contractor shall also be responsible for the removal and replacement of furniture and fixtures as needed to complete the flooring installation. Last Date for Questions: Tuesday, February 18, 2025 by 5:00 PM EST The Town of Southwest Ranches is hereby soliciting written quotes for furnish and installation of LVT at the Town's Volunteer Fire Department Station 82 - 17220 Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330. Prices must be inclusive of all materials, labor, and overhead. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Southwest Ranches Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Any Communications Shall Be Directed Solely to the Procurement Officer at Csemeraro@southwestranches.org M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The informal quote process is used when the Town estimates the total amount not to exceed $24,999.
