SCOPE OF SERVICES: SBDD is soliciting Letter of Interest to provide miscellaneous surveying and mapping services for the following Projects: 1. Assist SBDD in converting its current datum for all SBDD stormwater pump stations, flood control gates, water level recorders, and benchmarks from NGVD'29 to NAVD'88. This task will require establishing new benchmarks at approximately 76 locations throughout the District.2. Perform a topographic and bathymetric survey along the perimeter of the northern lake in the Falcon's Lea community in the Town of Davie (Folio #514004072300). The survey shall extend 25 feet into water body and upland to the outside limits of the 15-foot-wide Lake Maintenance Easement. The total length of shoreline is approximately 8,220 linear feet. The LOI packet is available by e-mail or for pick-up at SBDD Headquarters. Questions should be submitted in writing to SBDD Headquarters, Attn: Luis Ochoa or via e-mail at luis@sbdd.org . SBDD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
