Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The town is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms for all labour, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable from the contract documents for proper construction and completion of the southwest ranches country estates drainage improvements project. The work shall include but not be limited to: drainage improvements such as roadside swales, manholes, catch basins (yard drains), piping, driveway restoration, brush clearing and swale regrading, tree protection and removal, erosion control measures, and site restoration. No work shall be proposed outside of the town's right-of-way or outside of the proposed designated drainage easements. All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the improvements described by these drawings and project specifications will be provided by the contractor. Construction of this project will require close coordination with the town and engineer of record. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
