The City of St. Clair Shores is soliciting a request for proposals from qualified firms, to provide professional assessment, masonry repair and new foundation work at the Selinsky Green Farmhouse Museum located at 22504 East 11 Mile Road in the City of St. Clair Shores. The services to be provided by the selected firm shall include, but not be limited to, the following: The Visual Assessment and construction of pier footings under the existing corbelled fireplace as well as additional pier supports under the existing cast iron stove where the floor is sagging 2. Complete repair and tuckpointing of the expose brick chimney from foundation to replacement of the cap and flue as needed. See Scope of Work and attached previous assessment.
