The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid and bidders shall hold bids open until sixty days after the bid opening. The project provides for the maintenance of sanitary sewer and stormwater infrastructure as needed throughout the City of Dublin. The cost estimate for the 2025 portion of the annual maintenance program is $230,000 ($110,000 for sanitary sewer and $120,000 for stormwater). The owner intends and requires that this project be completed by December 31, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wage is required for this Project. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
