Dublin Community Pools South Pool Leisure Pool Resurface and Repair Dublin Community Pools - South Pool, Leisure Pool Resurface & Repair and North Pools, Paint Pool Shells & Concrete Work Project The City of Dublin is seeking bids from licensed, qualified contractors to provide repairs to the existing leisure pool shell including resurfacing Diamond Brite, tile, caulking and all related finishes at the Dublin Community Pool South, located at 6363 Woerner Temple Road, Dublin, Ohio 43016 and repaint all pool shells including light concrete work at the Dublin Community Pool North, located at 5660 Dublinshire Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this Project. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
