Replacing the Kitchen Make Up Air Unit at Brattleboro Union High School The Windham Southeast School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received or any parts thereof for any reason whatsoever, to waive any informality in any proposal or provision in the request for proposals. Questions related to any portion of this Request for Proposal should be directed in writing to the Brattleboro Union High School, attention Ricky Aither,131 Fairground Rd, Brattleboro, Vermont 05301, 802-579-4775, raither@wsesdvt.org. Specifications provided to furnish and install all materials and labor needed to replace make up air unit 2 at the Brattleboro Union High School as follows Demolition All debris generated by this project shall be disposed of by the HVAC contractor. All State and Local guidelines for disposal must be followed. Use of the school's disposal vessels shall not be allowed. 1. Work with Control Technologies to remove any existing controls used in our Niagra programming. 2. Work with preferred electrician to demo existing electrical connections 3. Demo and remove existing make up air unit. 4. Remove from property once work is completed
