Weiderwax Park Improvements - Phase 2 Weiderwax Park Improvements- Phase 2 - Funding by DELCO Greenways Grant Program Weiderwax Park Improvements - Phase 2- Scope of work includes installation of a new pavilion, site lighting, asphalt walkways, concrete seating area and site amenities. Questions Due Date: Feb 24th 2025, 4:00 PM EST Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder shall also be required to provide a Payment and Performance Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. A Maintenance Bond is required for a period of 12 Months from project completion at 15% of the cost of improvements. The bidders are made aware that the project is subject to PA Prevailing Wage Requirements. The contract documents contain all pertinent regulations. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award contracts as is deemed best for the Borough.
