Capital Grouting Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 Upper Macungie Township, Upper Milford Township and Lehigh County Authority (collectively, "Owners") will jointly receive sealed bids for the rehabilitation of their respective sanitary sewer system manholes at various locations throughout their municipal sewer service areas. Each of the Owners will enter into separate individual Contracts with the successful Bidder. Contracts "A" and "B" will be awarded as a collective whole to the single successful Bidder. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum project documented experience in the type of Work required by this Project. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made jointly payable to the Owners in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total. After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only by complying with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations. A summary of such laws and regulations is given in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions Due Date: Feb 28th 2025, 12:00 PM EST Bids shall remain open for a period of sixty days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. The Contract will be subject to the prevailing minimum wage determination established by the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The OWNERS hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
