Remodeling of a municipal facility in Montevideo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Chippewa County, Minnesota is seeking a construction manager to provide construction management services for a remodeling project of a former bank into a County Family Services Center. The County is seeking professional services to provide pre-design services such as review design documents, provide recommendations and input on design alternatives and cost saving measures, prepare bid speculations, and conduct the bid process and prepare contracts. The selected construction manager will also be requested to provide services during the construction phase including managing and coordinating various trade contractors, administration of contracts, provide project updates to the County Board, and coordinate project schedule to see the remodeling through completion.
