Renovation of a fire / police facility in Shorewood, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Project consists of All required materials and labor associated with the removal and replacement of specific mechanical equipment within the facility including: 1. Chiller 2. VAV boxes 3. BAS Controls F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General contract (all trades). Project Location: 24150 Smithtown Road, Shorewood, MN 55331 Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. By submitting a Bid, Bidder represents that Bidder will begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and will complete the Work within the Contract Time indicated in the Bidding Documents. A. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Qualifications: Bidder must demonstrate past experience with projects of similar size and scope. B. Licenses: Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades. C. Insurance and Bonds: A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. D.
