Elevation Program Engineering Services The City of Orange has received funding from the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program(HMGP) from the Texas Division of Emergency Management(TDEM). These services are being solicited to assist the City in its Hurricane Harvey DR-4332HMGP contract(s) to support activities related to the elevation of approximately 8 homes that sustained flood damage and/or other eligible activities. Accordingly, the City is seeking qualifications from Texas Registered Engineers to provide engineering services to assist the City in post award management of its HMGP project(s). The scope of work involves review of elevation construction plans, 3 construction phase site inspections ,and the final inspection/Co CC for each home. ection 3 Business Concerns, Small Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned Businesses, Women-Owned Businesses, and labor surplus firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The City of Orange is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
