The proposed work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the main drain covers as specified and in compliance with all applicable laws and codes at Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park located at 8301 S. Janes Ave., Woodridge, Illinois. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Questions/clarifications for this project must be submitted in writing to Amanda Widloe Aquatic Facility Manager 2600 Center Drive Woodridge, Illinois 60517 Awidloe@woodridgeparks.org 630-353-3341 Upon staff receipt of a company's requested information, all necessary bid documents shall be emailed at no cost, within two business days. For hard-copy documents, a fee of $25 must be paid to the Woodridge Park District. Upon receipt of this fee, a complete hard-copy of the bid documents will be provided to the contractor for pick-up within two business days. For further information, contact Amanda Widloe, Aquatic Facility Manager, 630-353-3341. Information (other than in the form of a written Addendum issued by the Park District) from any officer, agent, or employee of the Park District or any other person shall not affect the risks or obligations assumed by the Bidder or relieve him from fulfilling any of the conditions and obligations set forth in the bid and/or other contract documents
