Site work and paving for a road / highway in Seven Fields, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
roadway repairs of approximately 4,100 linear feet including milling and overlay of approximately 10,600 square yards of Borough Roads, miscellaneous base repairs and full reconstruction of 1,700 square yards of roadway under the following Contract: CONTRACT NO. 2025-01 2025 BOROUGH PAVING PROGRAM Bids may not qualify any of the specifications. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 166) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
