SCOPE OF WORK: A. This contract is to provide material only for five (5) mechanical seals for Flygt pump 3531/960 or equivalent in every aspect. 2. GENERAL CONDITIONS: A. Materials furnished and methods used under this contract shall be in accordance with MSD Standard Specifications, latest edition. B. The Vendor shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. C. All employees of the successful Vendor shall wear their company uniform and identification (provided at the Vendor's expense) while on MSD sites. D. The Vendor shall not subcontract work to another company without prior approval from the MSD Project Manager. 3. MATERIALS: Mechanical seals shall be WCCR (Corrosion Resistant Cemented Carbide) seal faces with Viton rubber gaskets. Mechanical seal shall be compatible to Flygt pump model 3531/960. 4. EXECUTION OF WORK: A. Vendors will deliver materials to MSD at specified MSD locations. MSD reserves the right to add or remove locations during the term of the contract. Current MSD locations include the following: i. Cedar Creek WQTC, 8405 Cedar Creek Rd/. Louisville, KY 40291 B. The Vendor shall supply packing slips for each delivery, including the following information: i. ii. iii. Date of delivery Delivery location MSD Purchase Order Number iv. Vendor item number v. Item description vi. Quantity delivered vii. Cost per each C. If, during the course of the contract, the Vendor elects to offer a different brand than that submitted on the proposal page, it must be equivalent in all aspects and approved in writing by MSD. MSD reserves the right to require samples on any item that is offered as an equivalent.
