Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Plans call for the phased construction of improvements and the construction of 350,000 square feet of equestrian facilities and improvements to the existing site. Enabling/Foundations/Slabs Early sitework and enabling projects include utility replacement / relocation to accommodate the new multi-use bldg. Site grading, storm, sanitary sewer, and water service, is included in this bid set. This bid set also includes structural foundations and slabs of the new bldg. Interested firms must email Tom Hitchcock at the CM's office for access to the complete set of plans/specs. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Estimate = total project construction cost estimate.
