Morehead State University (MSU) seeks Lump Sum proposals to establish a personal services contract for Special Inspection testing and inspection services as defined in Chapter 17 of the 2018 Kentucky Building Code for the New Science & Engineering Building Project. This RFP may also be utilized for a separate capital project that is similar in scope to this initial project. Therefore, MSU also seeks unit rates for this purpose. Please complete Unit Rate and submit with this proposal.
