Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Knippa, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The estimated budget is $130,000. Pursuant to and in compliance with the Request for sealed Proposals, the undersigned, hereby proposes and agrees to fully perform the work in strict accordance to Contract Documents, and addenda thereto, for the following costs to include labor and material. Furthermore, the undersigned has included allowances in section 1020 of the specifications and bonds and insurance included in section 600 and 800 of the specifications: Contract Execution: If awarded this contract the undersigned will execute a satisfactory Construction Contract, Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and proof of insurance coverage, with the Owner for the entire work as per the contract Documents within 10 days after notice of award. It is agreed that this proposal is subjected to the Owners acceptance for a period of 30 (thirty days) from the above date.
