Contract #1 (Plant) - The contract includes the rehabilitation of the Owner's existing drinking water treatment plant. The work includes replacement of sand filter media, valve replacements, pump equipment replacement, gas chlorination equipment replacement, aerator repair, yard work improvements, and other necessary appurtenances for a fully operational municipal water treatment system. 2. Contract #2 (Wells) - The contract includes the construction of two shallow municipal (sand) wells built to Missouri DNR standards and placed into service for water production. The wells shall include submersible well pumps and pitless well heads. Also included are the closure of two existing shallow wells. 3.
