Holmes Crossing over Lawyer Creek Bridge Replacement City: Ferdinand County: Idaho State/Province: ID Site Directions: The project is located approximately 4 miles west of the City of Ferdinand where Holmes Crossing Road crosses Lawyer Creek. Existing Bridge Key Number 29300 is located in Idaho County crossing into Nez Perce County and carries Holmes Road over Lawyer Creek. The bridge is owned and maintained by Ferdinand Highway District and is located approximately 7.9 miles south of Craigmont, ID. This proposal is for the contractor to remove the existing steel girder bridge and replace it with a single span pre-stressed concrete voided slab bridge with reinforced concrete abutments. The road will be closed during construction and traffic will be detoured. Additional work includes road construction due to grade raise and permitted stream alterations including placing riprap. February 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm MDT is the last time technical questions or clarification requests will be accepted.
