Bathroom Partition Installations The Board of Trustees of West Ada School District is requesting bids for bathroom partition installations at Sawtooth Middle School, Eagle Middle School, and Eagle High School. The General Contractor will oversee the project as well as provide all labor and materials. Bids must be provided on a lump sum basis. This project will be divided into two scopes. Scope A will involve demolition and installation of new bathroom partitions and floor repair at Sawtooth Middle School and Eagle Middle School. Scope B will involve demolition and installation of new bathroom partitions and complete bathroom floor replacements at Eagle High School. The successful contractors shall carry out his employment practices and payment of wages according to the provisions of an act known as "Public Works Title 44, Chapter 10, Section 44-1001 through 44-1006 inclusive, Idaho Code Amended" and shall comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions as defined in the code of respective Federal Regulations.
