Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Insta ling a 2nd fluid cooler on the heat pump loop, new piping, electrical power and controls as required for the insta lation. This also includes the insta lation of a new chemical feed system for the new fluid cooler. A new enclosure wil be built to screen the new fluid cooler. Question Deadline 02/24/2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $534,750
