This work shall consist of Construct the north leg of the Linder Road and Overland Road intersection in order to prep it for connecting the future overpass, upgrade traffic signals for 4-way traffic, build 10 multi-use path on each leg, update pedestrian ramps on all four corners. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about March 27, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $2,000 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project.
