Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of this project is to remove and replace the Bushyhead parking lot. Remove existing asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, parking bumpers, landscaping and other structures as identified. Take care to not damager existing structures or surfaces. Contractor is responsible for the protection of existing property. Contractor will replace or repair University property damaged by Contractor Sub-Contractors of the Contractor, at no addition cost to the University. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid and all Alternates as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and furnish bonds and insurance as required. The State reserves the right to hold the bid security of the three (3) lowest Bidders until the successful Bidder has executed the contract and furnished the required bonds and proof of insurance. No bid security is required if the total of the Base Bid and Alternates is Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or less. Unless otherwise provided in State law, the successful bidder shallfurnish an assurance of completion priorto the execution of any contract under this solicitation in the form of a performance, payment, and defect bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law;
