Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Multi-disciplinary work that includes but not limited to sidewalk repairs, curb painting, HOME signage structure, site equipment repair/ modifications, speed bumps, ADA compliance repairs, Electrical service for existing CCTV camera equipment and tuck and point on rock walls. BID BOND is required to be attached to your proposal. If no Bid Bond is attached to your proposal, your proposal will not be considered for evaluation. For projects less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00), the General Contractor may agree to a "TURN-KEY" project option and Performance Bond and Payment Bond will not be required. Therefore, there will be no progressive payments. If proposed amount is ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) and over a Payment and Performance Bonds will be required by the Owner and Progress payment will be through an AIA G702.
