Reference Number 0000376064 Job Location: 1300 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203 The Colorado Judicial Center consists of 700,000 sf of enclosed buildings and was completed in 2012. The building has been occupied since its completion until January 2, 2024. An event took place on the evening of January 2nd where an individual gained access to multiple floors and damaged portions of the building and its content. Multiple fires were started on the 7th floor, and the fire sprinkler system engaged and suppressed the fires, and water damage occurred as a result. Remediation and put-back efforts have been completed throughout the building, except for floors 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, which will be the focus of this general contractor's efforts. Each of these floors consist of approximately 40,000 square feet of space. All testing, remediation, and cleaning have been completed on these floors, and the space is ready for construction activities to return these floors to their original construction and finishes. The Colorado Judicial Department intends to select a General Contractor who will manage and construct the project and all subcontractors reporting to the General Contractor, under the review of the Department's assigned Project Management team made up of Judicial staff and the firm of Wember Inc.
