Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District will receive sealed Bids for the following: 1. Garrett Keyser Butler - Roof Renovations, 801 E. Houston St., Garrett, Indiana, 46738 This project will be constructed under a Single Prime Contract with the Owner, with Prime Contract Bids received each on a lump sum basis. Each Bid Proposal shall include all labor, material, construction, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the Bidding Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security, which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid, in the required form and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security shall be a Bid Bond from a surety company, a certified check or a cashier's check. See the Instructions to Bidders for additional information. No bid shall be modified, withdrawn or canceled for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date and time set for receipt of Bids. H. All bidders shall be a Certified Garland Roof installer.
