Maine Township High School District 207 Maine East Auditorium / ABCD Gym Floor Replacement PROJECT: Maine High School District 207 Summer 2025 Projects Maine East Auditorium / ABCD Gym Floor Replacement 2601 Dempster St, Park Ridge, IL 60068 Project Number: 2401733 BP-2 ARCHITECT: Wight & Company 2500 North Frontage Road Darien, Illinois 60561 OWNER: Maine Township High School District 207 1177 Dee Road Park Ridge, IL 60068 The competency and responsibility of the Bidders will be considered in making awards. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to Maine Township High School District 207, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required. THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT. Proposals will be received for the following categories of work: Maine Township High School District 207: Maine East High School Auditorium / ABCD Gym Floor Replacement. Works includes new flooring at the Auditorium Entrance and refinishing of a Gym including new basketball backboard system. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Brandon Brewer at bbrewer@wightco.com. Questions will be received in writing until 1:00 PM on Thursday March 6, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's own best interests.
