Description: The CONTRACTOR is responsible for the following: o Construct new parapet walls per the plan details. o Removal and disposal of the existing roofing system. o Remove and replace the skylights. o Remove and replace the smoke vents. o Remove and replace the exhaust fan. o Supply and install the rigid insulation boards to be placed on the cleaned and prepared roof deck. o Deck Drain Strainers will be removed and replaced. o Supply and install the PVC [white] Roofing System. o Supply and install detail treatments at the parapets and end caps. o Any additional appurtenant work required to make this a well-constructed project, and all required safety measures and clean-up tasks to insure a successful project. o The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner. The safety of the Public, and the NSMJAWA Staff and the Contractor's Employees is the TOP PRIORITY. o The Contractor will work in a neat fashion and ensure a clean work environment. The Contractor will properly clean and dispose of all work debris and neatly store all tools at the end of each workday. Est.
