LRIP - TRID funding. Badger Avenue 1.5 miles from Starr Road to Sand Road. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAP) 3 inches thick, 11.0 feet travel width per lane and 2.0 feet for shoulder. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or reject the low bid for cause.
