Excavation 6000 C.Y. Geotextile Soil Reinforcement 1200 S.Y. Crushed Aggregate Base, Roadway 2400 C.Y. Breaker Stone Subbase Course 2400 C.Y. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, Binder, 2" 10700 S.Y. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, Surface, 2" 10700 S.Y. Concrete Curb and Gutter, 24" Barrier 4000 L.F. Concrete Sidewalks, 4" 17000 S.F. Concrete Driveways, 6" 5000 S.F. Topsoil, Turf, Grasses, and Erosion Mat 5500 S.Y. Federal Davis-Bacon Act wage rates are applicable to this project per Federal Labor Provisions (4010). Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and minimum wage and fringe rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. We encourage MBEs, DBEs, and WBEs to submit bid proposals. The solicitation of subcontractors must evidence a good faith effort to obtain bids from MBEs, DBEs and WBEs, such efforts to be documented.
