Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Hutcheson Hall Roof Replacement at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University ("Virginia Tech") located in Blacksburg, VA. The project is generally described as: Removal of the existing low-slope roofs and installation of a fully-adhered 90- mil EPDM roof system. The project shall also include the installation of a rooftop lighting protection system. The Deadline for Request for Information (RFI) shall be 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
