Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Blacksburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a 1,300-square-foot medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Commercial tenant improvement of approximately 1,300 SF of existing medical office space that includes the reconfiguration of the accounting area and a small portion of the exam area of the Schiffert Health Clinic. There will be the addition of 3 new exam rooms with sinks and the creation of 3 new offices. Upon completion of the contract, the contractor agrees to furnish with the final request for payment, at a minimum, the following information: name of firm with the DMBE certification number or FEIN number, phone number, total dollar amount subcontracted, category type (small, women-owned, or minority-owned), and type of product or service provided. Payment(s) may be withheld until compliance with the subcontracting spend reporting is received and confirmed. The Owner reserves the right to pursue other appropriate remedies to include, but not be limited to, termination for default.
