TOWNSHIP OF DEPTFORD will receive bids for the "STREAM CLEANING FROM ARLINE AVENUE TO LEE AVENUE", in the Township of Deptford, County of Gloucester, NJ. The proposed work includes the following major items: 2350 C.F. of Stream Cleaning, 1.5" Thick 180 L.F. of 18" Pipe Cleaning 110 L.F. of 36" Pipe Cleaning Riprap stone restoration Plans, No refund shall be made for the return of such documents. All technical questions may be directed to Bryson & Yates Consulting Engineers, LLC, via email at jbryson@brysonyates.com . Each proposal bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, of which, the amount of the bond or certified check need not exceed $20,000, made payable to the TOWNSHIP OF DEPTFORD. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, within ten (10) days after the award, a Surety Corporation Performance Bond or Letter of Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each bid and USB must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder, and labeled "STREAM CLEANING FROM ARLINE AVENUE TO LEE AVENUE" and shall be addressed to the Township of Deptford Clerk. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid, which in its judgment, best serves the interest of the OWNER.
