Re-bid of the 2025 Career and Technical Education Center Renovations and Construction Trades Addition Together Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certificate From a Surety Company Stating It Will Provide Each Bidder With Separate Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Sum. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Dates Set for the Opening Thereof. Bids Must Be in Duplicate (1 Original and 1 Copy) on the Proposal Forms Provided and in the Manner Designated, Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and Proposal Identification on Outside, and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Drawn to the Order of Rowan College of South Jersey in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 18a:64a-25.16 and Must Be Delivered to the Above Place on or Before the Hour Named. Rowan College of South Jersey Assumes No Responsibility for Bids Mailed or Misdirected in Delivery. The Work of the Project Will Be Completed in a Single Lump Sum Contract. This Project is One Which Will Be Subject to and Governed by Provisions of New Jersey State Law Governing (a) Prevailing Wage Act N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.27 Et Seq., (B) Ownership Disclosure Certification N.j.s.a. 52:25-24.2.
