Housing Rehabilitation Services A bid received without all sections of the bid specifications present will be deemed an unresponsive bidder and will not be considered for the award of the contract. The Township is seeking a NJ Licensed General Contractor to complete the rehabilitation of 33 Dancy Avenue, Depnord NJ. The property is a single-family residence, unoccupied, and currently owned by the Township of Depnord. All rehabilitation work to be completed is listed on the attached Rehabilitation Report prepared by Michael Reardon, dated 4/28/2025. This bid shall include the furnishing and delivery of all the necessary experse, supervision, labor, permits, parts, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete all items listed on the Rehabilitation Report.
