Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The requested services consist of providing design drawings, special provisions, and an estimate of probable construction costs for comprehensive assessments and designs for sidewalk ramp upgrades to meet accessibility/ADA standards, pavement rehabilitation, and full-depth replacement where applicable. It also includes a sign inventory and upgrades to current standards, as well as the replacement of striping, pavement markings, and street lighting where needed. The project will address utility coordination, vertical adjustments to surface utilities. Reflective backplates will be installed at the Galleria Drive and Gibson Road intersection, and median nose modifications will be made where necessary. Conduit and underground infrastructure will be installed at the south side of Wiesner Way and Galleria Drive intersection to support future signal installation. Intersection capacity improvements, signal modifications, and Right-of-Way acquisitions will be addressed in the Supplemental Services section if required. The City intends to perform construction management and inspection with internal staff. Final deliverables may vary and will be negotiated with the selected consultant.
