Rankin Independent School District (sometime hereinafter "Rankin ISD" or "District") is seeking proposals for the construction of water lines. Background Information. A political subdivision of the State of Texas, Rankin ISD is located in Upton County, Texas, and provides educational services to approximately 295 students and employs over 87 persons. RISD is requesting a price for the following: Running two poly waterlines from district property to connect to other district properties. Construction specification: Excavation for and burial of poly line to connect district properties. Locations and dimensions to be discussed at preconstruction meeting. Deadlines for Questions No later than February 21, 2025 Questions May be Directed to: Shaye Murphy: smurphy@rankinisd.net or Kurt Hanna: khanna@rankinisd.net Contractor will be responsible for calling 811 prior to digging and ensuring no obstacles or underground utilities are hit. If any utilities or district infrastructure are damaged, the contractor will be financially responsible to make remedy within a timely manner.
