Construction of Rankin Golf Course Maintenance Building Rankin Independent School District ("RISD" or the "District") is seeking a contractor to prepare the site, remove debris, prepare the foundation, plumbing, electrical and additional necessary trade work to properly install and warrant a metal maintenance building. The scope of the project will be to construct a pre-engineered metal building for the use of a golf course maintenance facility. The areas within the metal building include an open shop area with 3 rollup doors, a chemical storage room with a roll up door, and an irrigation storage room with a roll up door. There will be a lean-to covered patio area used as a wash bay for golf course equipment (the "Project"). The District reserves the right to award a qualified contractor, as described herein, or to not award the Project at all.
