Site work for a water / sewer project in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scenic Drive: 230' SE to 1,600' SE of Pebble Shores Drive WATER MAIN & S ANITARY SEWER The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,088 LF of 12" water main and 462 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main, and other miscellaneous items. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the City of Fergus Falls in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a Surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten (10) days after notice of the award, shall execute a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and a contractor's bond as required by law. Bids received without the appropriate surety deposit will not be read. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "City Public Improvement No. 8231 & No. 7224 ". The City of Fergus Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
