LCSC is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers that are capable of designing, engineering, installing, and maintaining solar installations on multiple municipal properties located within west central Minnesota. LCSC is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers that are capable of designing, engineering, installing, and maintaining solar installations on multiple municipal properties located within west central Minnesota. Participating municipalities include Audubon, Brandon, Chokio, Otttertail, Rothsay, Underwood, Callaway, Hitterdal, Battle Lake, Parkers Prairie, Vergas, Hoffman, and New York Mills. Successful proposals will allow participating municipalities to purchase solar arrays directly from a supplier, for one or more locations within their county(ies). Through a cooperative RFP process, LCSC and participating municipalities are looking for the best proposal based on the evaluation criteria stated within this RFP.
