Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This work consists of reconstructing each shoulder in accordance with Roadway Standard Nos. 560.01 and 560.02 except that the rate ofslope and width will be as shown on typical section, or to the existing shoulder point, whichever is nearer, as long as the desired typical is achieved, and when completed, seeding and mulching. This work shall be performed immediately after the resurfacing operations are complete as directed by the Engineer. The location of the streets varies within the City of High Point. This project will consist of various pay items which includes traffic control, bituminous surface treatment, asphalt overlay, asphalt milling, asphalt patching, thermoplastic and painted pavement markings, concrete curb/gutter repairs, and adjustment of manholes and water valve boxes. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as may in the judgment of the City, serve its best interest and the City further reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted.
