The Owner seeks to retain on-call services of a professional consulting engineering firm to provide staff-assistance with miscellaneous traffic and transportation engineering related services. The Design Firm is expected to follow all applicable industry specifications and standards from the following organizations such as but not limited to: Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), and the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). The Design Firm must be a current TDOT Prequalified Firm in Engineering and Design Services. No pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for this project. The Owner may consider informal any proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informality or reject any and all proposals. Any proposal received after the time and date specified may not be considered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
