2025 Demolition of Existing Cattle and Chicken Barn at Sevier County Fairgrounds Sevier County Government is now accepting bids for the demolition of existing cattle and chicken barn at the Sevier County Fairgrounds. Sevier County reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of Sevier County. Doc note: All bidders shall purchase one full set of construction documents and specifications and be a licensed contractor, as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6). The document must be purchased from Knoxville Blue Print at 622 Leroy Avenue, Knoxville, Tennessee in order to be an official bidder. Question Deadline 01/22/2025 If, during the bidding period, the Bidder finds discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or is in doubt as to meaning or intent ofdocument, he shall notify the Architect.
