Pedestrian bridge, Highland course hole 13 replacement The Owner may consider informal any proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof, and may waive any informality or reject any and all proposals. Any proposal received after the time and date specified may not be considered. Questions may be directed in writing to Doug Tarwater, P.E., dtarwater@seviervilletn.org. Questions must be received by Thursday, January 9th, 2025 in case responses require an addendum to the proposal specifications. Proposer hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project by March 31st 2025 The Owner reserves the right to amend the scope of the project based on budget and available resources. The Owner reserves the right to negotiate prior to contractual agreement with the chosen Proposing Firm. The submission should show as much detail as possible so that negotiations may take place in case the scope must be amended. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
