Site work and paving for a civil project in Sevierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals and performing all Work required to construct complete, in place, and ready to operate the following: 1. One (1) Gorman Rupp AMT, above-ground, factory-built self-priming sewage pumping station package system with two (2) 15hp Gorman Rupp V-series self-priming pumps (Owner Supplied). 2. One (1) Vogelsang XRipper XRC100-320QD, rail system, and controls. 3. Approximately 689 LF of 6-inch PVC force main sewer. The Project has an expected duration of one hundred fifty (150) days to substantial completion. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be Unit Prices basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
