Renovation of a conference / convention center in Sevierville, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

As of October 17, 2025, the architect has not been identified and information regarding the method of general contractor selection is unavailable. A firm construction timeline has not been established. Project includes purchase and installation of Lutron Dimmable LED Lighting System in the Convention Center Ballroom and purchase and installation of various related fixtures. All work will be done onsite at the Sevierville Convention Center, 202 Gists Creek Road Sevierville, TN 37876. The successful Proposing Firm must be a licensed contractor as required by the "CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING ACT OF 1976", and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and as amended in succeeding Assemblies. Work shall begin by January 6, 2024 and be completed by January 15, 2025.
