Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project scope includes approximately 15,800 square yards of 6 concrete pavement and 11,600 square feet of 4 concrete sidewalk. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible person deemed most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project.
