State University of New York Farmingdale State College will receive sealed Proposals for a Term Contract for Trades: Data / Communication, Project No. 2025-06. Bid is for term contracts for time and material type work for the following trades: Data/telecommunications Bids will be opened publicly at the Service Building Conference Room A at Farmingdale State College 2350 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale, NY 11769. For each proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) name of contractor; 2) trade for which they are bidding; and 3) The markup percentages entered on the Bid Form. SUNY Farmingdale will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. A pre-bid information session will NOT be held. The term contracts will be signed with selected contractors for the specified period of time to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a maximum value of $100,000 or less. Each separate project will be called a "RELEASE". The term contracts will be issued for a period of three years with the mutual agreement of the contracting parties.
